Get in touch with your expressive self and mexican culture in a private painting class mexican style in the comfort of your hotel, home in Cozumel or our studio. Our skilled instructor will start the class giving introductions an sharing an overview of the supplies and proper use. The steps 1) I welcome you and present the experience to you 2) We warm up the muscles of the hands to draw 3) Preparation of the tools: a watercolor drawing sheet, a pencil, an eraser, a pencil sharpener, a brush, watercolors and a glass of water 4) Presentation of the subject to paint: a butterfly, a flower, a bird. You will need to have a clearly visible pic on a screen of a smartphone or tablet. 5) Let's look at the pic 6) We will first learn the light pencil stroke and the rules for drawing the shape of butterflies, flowers or birds 7) We are ready to spread the watercolor creating beautiful effects 8) We will look at the drawings and comment the results Guests will walk away with a memorable and informative shared experience and possibly a killer piece to hang on their wall, gift to a loved one, or sell. Perfect for a birthday, bridal shower, girls night in, team building exercise, corporate event, or just cause! It is not necessary to be a painter to participate and specific drawing skills are not required. Our workshops are fun for all ages, families, friends and couples, beginners to advanced painters!
